Bagaha Live respects intellectual property rights and expects users and reporters to submit only content they own or are authorized to use. If you believe copyrighted material has been used on the Platform without permission, please send a written complaint with enough detail for us to review it.
1. What a Takedown Request Should Include
- Your full name and contact details
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed
- The exact URL or enough information to locate the material on our Platform
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Any supporting proof that helps us assess ownership or authorization
2. Review Process
We may request additional information before acting on a complaint. If a complaint appears credible, we may remove, disable, restrict, or review the material while we assess the issue. We may also notify the person who submitted the content and consider any response or counter explanation they provide.
3. Repeat Infringement and Abuse
We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Incomplete, abusive, automated, or knowingly false complaints may be rejected, and false claims can expose the sender to legal liability.
