These guidelines define the standards expected from users and reporters so Bagaha Live can operate as a safe, credible, and professionally moderated news platform.

To keep Bagaha Live safe, credible, and useful, all users and reporters must follow these Community Guidelines.
1. Prohibited Content
- False, misleading, or manipulated information presented as fact
- झूठे आरोप, harassment, या किसी की privacy तोड़ने वाली बात
- Hate speech, abusive language, or content targeting protected groups
- Content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
- Adult, sexually exploitative, या illegal content
- Spam, fake identity, scam, या लोगों को गुमराह करने वाली activity
- Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement
2. Reporter Responsibilities
- Verify facts before submission and avoid reckless accusations
- Provide context and source information where reasonably available
- Ensure images, video, and quotes may be lawfully used
- Respect privacy, dignity, and safety when covering sensitive events
3. Guest Post and Local Listing Standards
- Post only content, photos, and videos you have the right to share
- Use accurate titles, prices, salary details, locations, and contact information
- Do not post scams, misleading offers, illegal goods, adult services, or unsafe requests
- Do not share private personal information without consent
- Verify buyers, sellers, employers, job terms, property documents, and payments independently
- Users से OTP, UPI PIN, bank password, या बिना जरूरत ID documents न मांगें
- Job, interview, document check, delivery, या property visit के नाम पर misleading advance money न मांगें
- Copied media, fake photos, false ownership, fake salary, या fake business details post न करें
4. High-Risk Listing Rules
- Job listings must clearly describe the role, employer, salary or pay range where claimed, location, and application method
- Property listings must not hide material facts such as dispute, document issue, possession issue, brokerage, or rent/sale terms
- Buy/sell listing में item condition honestly लिखें. Stolen, fake, restricted, या unsafe item allowed नहीं है
- Adult services, weapons, illegal substances, gambling, hate, violence, या illegal activity वाली listings allowed नहीं हैं
5. Moderation and Enforcement
Bagaha Live may review, edit, reject, remove, unpublish, restrict, or report content that violates these guidelines or applicable law. We are not required to publish every submission and may suspend repeat violators.
6. Reporting Concerns
To report content that may violate these guidelines, email bagahalive@gmail.com with the article link or screenshot and a short explanation.
